Guild Rules:

The guild itself does not have many rules. However there are a few important ones.


1) Respect each other. We are a team of players. Constant guild drama will not be tolerated. This is a game we are all supposed to enjoy it.


2) Remember that no player is bigger than the guild, No fount of experience or influence makes you better than the guild.


3) Listen to the leadership team, their say is final. This is to reduce the amount of guild drama.

Above all, trust in their ability. This really boils down to respect, regardless of whether you like them or not, respect that they do what is best for the guild.


4) Remember that you represent the guild. Anything that you do or say in game reflects on us. Please follow the unwritten rules of wow. No ninja-ing, be polite to people etc. You are in this guild as we already believe you are capable of this, Dont let us down.

5) We don't expect you to keep asking for boosts on alts. We are a raiding guild. That being said levelling alts is a good idea as it enables you to have a greater understanding of other classes. We also ask that guild members do not lend each other money. This can cause big issues, and Officers will not get involved in any disputes.


6) This is an English speaking guild. We accept players from all over, however we ask that they speak English in guild chat or on vent when in a channel with others.


7) Do not put loot above helping the guild. Although getting loot is nice if you constantly win then others arent gearing up. Be nice from time to time and pass it on.


8) Must have cold weather flying within a certain amount of time of starting to raid with us. We will not be slowed down by having to constantly summon you. - more applicable to naxx and ulduar times, however 1000g is not hard to come by.


9) It is your responsibility to make sure you stick to all raid rules, know and understand how to play your class.


10) We ask that you stick with the guild through the good times and the bad times. We are serious about the guild and are determined to make it work. If you want to 'guild hop' and are not committed to this guild then we don't want you, plain and simply. we would rather take a new level 80 who we have to gear up before he helps us progress than a well geared level 80 that will leave as soon as a spot opens in a 'top' , or 'hardcore' raiding guild.

11) This is possibly the most important rule out there. Put the guild first. That means putting the guild above yourself. This may means characters don't get through ICC, It may mean raiding even if you don't feel quite up to it. Remember the officers always have and always will put the guild first.

Guild rankings:

Guildmaster: N/A

Leadership team: Guildmaster selected. They will be given specific roles listed below and it is their responsibility to complete these actions.

Leader alts: Alts of any member of the leadership team.

Raider: General raider. Has been in the guild a while and attempts to raid when possible.

New Raider: Raiding rank. New members that have passed their initial trial but as of yet haven’t quite got to the level of understanding that a raider has or, just hasn’t been in the guild very long so players don’t know them too well.

Casual lemming: Social – A rank for social players who are mainly friends of current members. Raids will be rare for this rank, if you wish to raid please inform a member of the leadership team so you can have the same trial period as new members.

Alts: N/A

Initiate: New member attempting to prove themselves.

Naughtystep/AFK: Players who have let the guild down in some way or still havent signed up to the website.



Rank Expectations:

Guildmaster: General everyday running of the guild. suggestions of what members expect from me are welcome.

Raider:

Must sign up and be online for X raids per week.
Must have a full understanding of their class.
Minimal raid fails.
Constantly check and follow all raid rules
Represent the guild well and respect all other players, in and out of guild.

New Raider:

Same expectations as 'raiders'

Casual Lemming:

This is a none raiding rank. If you wish to raid speak to a member of the leadership team and you can be put through the trial process.

Initiate:

you have one expectation...impress us.

Nuaghtystep/afk:

Impress us, and log in within 2 months. You will be removed.
